The thesis, which was discussed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud, aimed to explain the concept of administrative control and the administrative control agencies responsible for regulating social media to combat cybercrimes, as well as combating content "violating public moral and ethical taste" that is posted on social media platforms.
The thesis concluded that public moral taste creates a secure society and a developed religious, social, and cultural environment, and that public moral taste determines what is acceptable or unacceptable in many religious, social, and cultural aspects.
