A Master's thesis from the College of Law and Political Science, entitled "The Dynamics of Qatari Foreign Policy in Light of Contemporary International Changes," by researcher Shobo Tayeb Matar, was discussed in Hammurabi Hall at the College of Law and Political Science.

The thesis, which was discussed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Law and Political Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Murad Saib Mahmoud, aimed to explain the innate foreign policy statement from an analytical perspective, address the trajectories of Qatari foreign policy and the international variables affecting it, and study the effectiveness of Qatari foreign policy in dealing with regional issues. The letter concluded that the changes in Qatar's leadership, particularly with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad's accession to power, have contributed to strengthening Qatar's foreign policy by adopting a strategic vision focused on enhancing independent decision-making and diversifying international alliances.
