A master’s thesis was discussed at the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk: Judicial and legislative jurisdiction over electronic negligence/a comparative study

The letter submitted by the student: Amna Haitham Mohsen Abdullah aimed to establish civil protection for what arises from electronic negligence for the purpose of providing a degree of trust and security for the parties to the relationship to protect those affected, remove everything that is considered a barrier to engaging in online transactions, and clarify all means of safety and civil protection.
The letter recommended that the Iraqi legislator amend the legal texts and free them from the state of stagnation to be more compatible with the latest contemporary developments in the field of technology and the material and moral damage it has caused that affects the rights and dignity of individuals.
